Fulshear Creek Crossing prepared for 500 of our closest friends and neighbors to join us for our first annual scarecrow festival, and wouldn’t you know it, more than 1,300 guests showed up!
The friendliness of Fulshear always shines when the community puts on an event.
Scarecrow Festival in Fulshear
Festival volunteers from community groups, schools, churches, and local business’ provided a safe, family-fun atmosphere with such fall festivities as:
- face painting and pumpkin decorating
- apple bobbing and grape stomp
- choral music and magic show
- scarecrow and costume contest

Team leaders from over 21 scarecrow decorating contest teams were present for the afternoon judging of the first annual Fulshear Creek Crossing scarecrow contest.
Fall Feast and Fireworks in Fulshear, Texas
Fulshear Creek Crossing developer Doug Konopka, gourmet country grill owner Ray Salti, and Fulshear Mayor Tommy Kuykendall were on hand to celebrate the evening’s dinner festivities.
This year’s fall feast included a French fall menu, live jazz music, scarecrow contest winner announcements, congratulations, and a phenomenal fireworks finale!
